Affiliate Disclosure

SoftwareCompareHQ may earn money when you click some of the links on this site and then sign up for or buy a product. This page explains how that works.

What an affiliate link is

An affiliate link is a link to a vendor that includes a tracking code. If you buy or sign up after clicking it, the vendor may pay us a commission. You pay the same price either way.

What it does not change

Commissions do not decide which tools we cover, what we say about them or which one we recommend. We cover tools that pay nothing, and we point out the weaknesses of tools that do pay. Vendors cannot buy coverage or placement.

Which links are affiliate links

Not every link is an affiliate link, and we do not have an affiliate relationship with every vendor we write about. As a rule, treat any link to a vendor’s website as one that may earn us a commission.
